- One day introduction course: To provide delegates with a basic understanding of some ergonomics principles;
identifying ergonomics issues/problems and input into discussions regarding the development of ergonomic assessment and solutions.
- Two day Ergonomics champion course: To provide the ergonomics awareness training plus training in a variety of
postural analysis and ergonomic assessment tools. To enable delegates to identify ergonomics issues and undertake assessments.

Psychological training on Stress and a practical exercise on Behaviour change is also included.

such as stretches and exercises to prevent postural discomfort.
