COPE provide a number of custoemr focused workplace occupational health management services, including:
Dedicated Occupational Health Contract Manager
All occupational health customers are provided with a dedicated Occupational Health Contract Manager who is
responsible for the efficient running, monitoring & continuous improvement of our service provision to ensure we
meet your organisations needs and concerns.
He/she develops a detailed understanding of your organizations workplace operations and business objectives
while maintaining strong, effective lines of communication between all key personnel by:
- Supporting the successful transition, implementation and any ongoing development of the OH service provision.
- Establishing key contacts and performance indicators with the customer through service planning and review meetings.
- Agreeing with the customer efficient and effective service processes and supporting the communication strategy and service access across the organisation
- Supporting the set up of OH database fields within COPE’s confidential OH database COHAD, and generating monthly/quarterly OH MI (management information) reports from this for the customer
- Attending periodic contract review meetings and being a key contact for the customer for ad-hoc queries on a day to day basis
- Ensuring face to face appointments are coordinated at relevant site locations if not a dedicated onsite service provision.
- Responsible for any national OH developments and ensuring the effective clinical governance and standards are being met.
