Ensuring fitness for the proposed role.
Advising the employer if there is a pre-existing ill health condition or disability which may impact on the job offer/terms of employment and advising on Equality Act implications.
Establishing any pre-existing effect on health in relation to previous health risk exposure e.g. noise, vibration etc and undertaking baseline assessments in relation to any potential health risk exposure within the new job role.
