As and when required Occupational Health service model
COPE are experienced at providing "as and when required" OH service provision through its professional,
qualified practitioners based out of COPE's HQ in Nottingham or through its OH Practitioners around the UK.
This model is designed to support small to medium sized organisations that have limited or specific OH
service requirements, for example, just health surveillance or fitness for work assessments for example.
Like all our services a dedicated contract manager is provided to the customer to liaise and coordinate provision.
When a service request comes in, the contract manager will arrange for the required Practitioner to attend the
location to deliver the relevant service activity.
An "as and when required" OH service model works on a retainer basis with a rolling 12 month service agreement.
Any "face to face" service time is on the basis of a "per appointment"‡ or half/whole day sessional rate.
(‡per appt depends on service volume).
The "as and when required" retainer fee is charged on a per capita basis and includes as standard:
- All SAM service support and activity as set out in 2.1 above
- Fast access to COPE's qualified OH Practitioners to deliver services at customer premises
- All clinical/OH equipment and most consumables required for health assessments
- All OH forms and templates to meet customer service requirements
- Set up of customer "footprint" in COPE's OH Database – COHAD – for the clinician to obtain recall data,
generate health trend analysis reports for management as well as performance tracking (KPI's)
- 24/7 secure storage and custodianship of customer employee OH records, which includes maintenance to best practice standards
- Use of online customer portal OH services
- Monthly health awareness flier
A tailored proposal would be provided upon further dialogue around service requirements to ensure the best
service model is offered to meet the needs and concerns of the customer.
