Remote Occupational Health Advisors

Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) seeking a work-life balance?


COPE is looking for full-time and part-time (minimum 3 days per week) OHAs to join our supportive and values driven team in a fully remote capacity.  FTE salary 45k-47k dependant on experience.


You must have previous experience of carrying out telephone or video consultations for management referrals regarding attendance, fitness for work and complex medical cases.


We give our practitioners the time to conduct thorough consultations - 4 cases per day - giving you ample time to produce clear, concise reports that inform sound business decisions within agreed service level agreements.

You will:

  • Be an active Registered Nurse with a valid, restriction-free PIN;
  • Hold a formal Occupational Health degree, diploma or certificate (Part 3 of the NMC register is desirable);
  • Have Case Management experience with proven experience of handling complex management referrals;
  • Have excellent communication and IT skills.
