COPE’s OH service model is an OH Adviser led provision with combined operational and strategic service elements, tailored to the needs and concerns of the customer and designed to ensure the customer can:

o reduce business risk in relation to health
o reduce absence and maximise productivity
o create environments to safeguard the health and wellbeing of their employees
