  • One day introduction course: To provide delegates with a basic understanding of some ergonomics principles; identifying ergonomics issues/problems and input into discussions regarding the development of ergonomic assessment and solutions.
  • Two day Ergonomics champion course:To provide the ergonomics awareness training plus training in a variety of postural analysis and ergonomic assessment tools. To enable delegates to identify ergonomics issues and undertake assessments. Tools & techniques for preventing, identifying and managing work-related stress cases.
  • Bespoke Ergonomics courses:Designed around customer needs and challenges.

What Ergonomic Tools and Methods are used?

Ergonomists use a variety of data collecting methods and tools.  Some of the best known tools include:

  • RULA– Rapid Upper Limb assessment
  • REBA – Rapid Entire Body assessment
  • MAC– Manual Handling Assessment Charts
  • ART– Assessment of Repetitive upper limb Tasks
