We're looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Customer Co-ordinator to join our growing team at COPE Occupational Health. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our customers. you'll be at the heart of our operations acting as the link between our customers, clinicians and internal teams.


You will coordinate service delivery, manage customer enquiries, organise clinics and help ensure every interaction is professional, efficient and customer-focused. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, building lasting relationships and making a real difference in a busy, supportive environment, duties include:


  • Effective monitoring and co-ordinating of all health surveillance clinics for a major customer;
  • Diary management and scheduling of appointments mainly via email although some telephone work required;
  • Emailing customer employees appointment information;
  • Data management using our bespoke system, creating, updating and maintaining of confidential employee records;
  • Support the creation of MI reports with other colleagues in the Customer Management Team;
  • Provide any agreed reporting either internally or to the customer;
  • Sharing of customer feedback to the appropriate person/department to improve COPE’s offering via TEAMS;
  • Working to strict deadlines within a busy and demanding work environment;
  • Support the Customer Management Team with additional duties as required;
  • Support with ad hoc key customer project work as required.


To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • 2 years’ experience of working within a similar customer focused administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in a customer service, administration or coordination role (healthcare or occupational health experience is desirable).
